• 6 November 2017: National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) and immunoSCAPE have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enter joint research and development efforts to enhance current cancer therapies and search for novel therapeutic combinations.
  • 20 July 2017: Our paper titled "CLOVE: classification of genomic fusions into structural variation events" has been published by BMC Bioinformatics.
  • 12 July 2017: Excited to join immunoSCAPE as Head of Bioinformatics. ImmunoSCAPE is a biotechnology company focused on immunotherapy and leveraging a unique high-dimensional immune profiling platform, which employs cutting-edge technologies and mass cytometry to measure alterations of immune cells, and in particular T cell specificity, for biomarker and target identification.


  • 18 May 2015: Excited to join Human Longevity as a Bioinformatics Scientist Engineer. Human Longevity Inc. (HLI) is a genomics and cell therapy-based diagnostic and therapeutic company.
